Nothing personal, unless you email us. Browsing the directory doesn't require an account, login, or any form fill. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate page-view metrics — Vercel does not store IP addresses or set cross-site cookies. We don't use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tags, or any retargeting trackers.

When you submit the form at /list-your-business, we store the data you provide (business name, contact name, email, optional phone, optional website, desired tier, preferred trade and city, and any message) in a Supabase Postgres database hosted in the US. Only Steve Condit and direct collaborators can read these submissions.

If your application is approved and your business becomes a public listing, the information you choose to display on your listing page is by definition public — that's the point. Internal application data (the original submission, your email reply chain) stays private.

• We don't sell consumer leads. Listings link directly to the business via phone, email, or website. NCF Local doesn't sit between you and the contractor; we never see your conversation.
• We don't share submission data with third parties. Form submissions stay in our Supabase project. We use Resend to send a notification email to Steve Condit when a new submission lands — the email contains the submission contents and is delivered to our internal address only.
• We don't set advertising cookies. No retargeting, no cross-site tracking.

Vercel Analytics drops a first-party cookie used for de- duplication of page views. No personal data. No cross-site tracking. If we ever add additional analytics tooling we will list it here and bump the last-updated date.

If you submitted an application and want a copy of what we hold, or want it deleted, email steve@ncflocal.com. We'll respond within 5 business days. If your listing is public, you can also request it be unpublished or removed.

NCF Local is intended for adults choosing trades professionals for their homes or businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, email us and we'll delete it.

When this policy materially changes, we update the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the notification email sent to anyone with an active listing.
